150th ANNIVERSARY OF BEATRIX POTTER

To mark the 150 anniversary of the birth of Beatrix Potter designer Kerry Goodwin captures Hill Top against the backdrop of gently rolling hills. Hill Top was once to the much loved children’s author and illustrator who bequeathed the vast property to the National Trust. now open to the public as a writers museum, Hilltop remains just as Beatrix would have know it. A newly discovered manuscript by the famous author, about a plucky black cat is set to be released this year, so potters home comes complete with black cat!
